September 29 marks the Day of Unity and Solidarity of the Yazidi People. On this day, Yazidis from around the world gather in Armenia to make a pilgrimage to Akhnalich, home to their largest sacred site. Over the years, this temple has grown into a center of faith, cohesion, and national identity, a testament to the dedication and devotion of its builders. The friendship between Armenians and Yazidis stretches back centuries. Together, we have stood side by side, fighting for peace and justice. This enduring brotherhood serves as an inspiring example for the world. Once again, I extend my warmest congratulations to our Yazidi friends on this special day, wishing them continued unity, strength, and prosperity.
